Real Food Bible Study – 20s and 30s Bible Study in Greenwich CT

Just a late reminder that the Real Food Bible study will be together tonight from 7-9p at the Women’s Club in Greenwich.  Dinner will begin at 7p and then we’ll start our study at 7:30p.

This week we will be looking at Malachi 3:1-7, 3:16-4:6.  As we complete our short series on Malachi, we’ll be finding “a time for hope.”

For dinner we’ll be enjoying sloppy joes and a sweat potato and carrot soup.

Real Food will be meeting again tomorrow night at the Women’s Club in Greenwich.  Dinner begins at 7p and our study will start at 7:30p.  This week we’ll be looking at Malachi 2:10-3:12 and we’ll have the chance to talk about marriage, divorce, money, judgement and the unchanging Lord.

Real Food will be together again this Wednesday night at the Women’s Club in Greenwich.  Dinner will begin at 7p and then we’ll start our study at 7:30p.

Last week we started a month-long series on Malachi.  And we saw that God was concerned about the indifference His people were feeling and demonstrating towards Him.  They were practically living in what they imagined as neutral ground in relation to God.  So what’s to be done when we feel this way about God?  In verse 2 of chapter 1, God reminded His people that: “I have loved you.”

These week as we continue to look at this disease of indifference and God’s solution as we look at Malachi 1:6-2:9.  We’re going to get the chance to listen in to what God has to say to the Christian leaders and see how this disease of indifference was playing out in the religious lives of the people.

For dinner we’ll be enjoying tuna casserole, salad, bread, and dessert.
Childcare will be provided.

The Real Food Bible Study will not be meeting this week because of the holiday’s.  We’ll be back on schedule in our study on Matthew on January 4th, 2012.
